I get a wide variety of different workouts and they're actually fun enough to keep me interested. So far I've done only 2, but I feel like at least I'm doing SOMETHING. 			<description><![CDATA[ So, my next door neighbor/best friend is now selling Herbalife. I tried a sample pack and lost 3 pounds in 1 day. I'm still hovering in the 180's that I left off at from weight watchers. Tonight we went over to her house and bought a starter kit to try to knock off more weight. I really trust her because her degree is in nutrition, and she used to be a pharmeceutical sales rep, so I feel like she really knows what she's talking about. <br>

Eating out for valentine's Day screwed me up, but I also made sugar cookies, went to a meeting with treats, and took DH out to celebrate his certification (See thread in Lounge). I've been more worried about saving money than eating right (fruits and veggies are expensive!!) and I feel like I'm off track. <br>

			<description><![CDATA[ I was so excited to get into these size 10 jeans... and now I can see the size 8 light at the end of the tunnel. These are starting to get big on me, and they're starting to get old. I think it may be time for a new pair very soon. <br>

			<description><![CDATA[ OK, so I went to the doctor's office yesterday, the last day of the month. I weighed in at 188 pounds, down from my last weight on that same scale of 197 on December 28. So, I've lost 9 pounds in January! Pretty good since my goal was only 5 pounds! Now I'm on board for 5 more pounds during February. <br>

Current: 188<br>
Poundage Lost: 9<br>

Scrambled egg (I made it for Evan but he wouldn't eat it)<br>

Dinner was steak, baked potato and corn. The steak was really tough though, so I threw half of it away.<br>

			<description><![CDATA[ I've been overweight on and off for most of my life.   During highschool I managed to lose a considerable amount (due to sports) and weighed in around 200 lbs.    Since highschool I have slowly put weight back on, but not so much that I was concerned about it.  During the last 2 or 3 years the weight has really piled up quickly, I finally stepped on the scale to see how bad it was, and I was appauled to see that I weigh 347 lbs.
